Been slacking off this week. Skipped gym 2 days in a row and today my body is already complaining. Can’t make it today again since I have a few events to attend. Funny, but the scale moved though, for the longest ever (ok maybe just 2 weeks), the scale was just stuck at 65kg. This morning it went down a kg. Yay!
So I was discussing with a friend and I told him how I needed a few equiptment for the bodyrock work outs but I couldn’t find any in the stores. So he said, why not make them yourself? Brilliant!
Dip station - Get 2 sturdy chairs, face them back to back. Put heavy items on top of it and voila, dip station!
Ultimate Sandbag System - Buy a cheap duffel bag and a few packets of sand from your hardware store / gardening store. Voila, sandbag!
